The Republicans have put up a site mocking Super Delegates. They do not use their own cartoons. But they forget the fact that they do have the equivalent of Super Delegates. They are called unpledged RNC members. According to CNN's latest tally, McCain has 83 of them, and Huckabee 3. Refer to the "myths" heading in the category cloud on this page for my initial entry on this topic.
Without the RNC members supporting him, McCain might not be the presumptive nominee today, and thus would be campaigning in a Pennsylvania primary right now.
But hey, they aren't called Super Delegates so it's not the same thing, right? Maybe the GOP should crib themselves a cartoon of a pot calling a kettle black.
